DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Once payment has been received and cleared all orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Delivery within Australia will be made via receipted delivery using Australia Post's parcel delivery system, and any orders over the value of $100 will be sent via registered post. A signature is required for all deliveries and if you are not at home at time of delivery, a card will be left to inform you that delivery has been attempted and the parcel will be held at your local postal outlet for collection. Please allow between 1-7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.
Delivery to International customers will be made via Air Mail using Australia Posts International parcel delivery system. Recommended insurance can be added to orders for an additional $7.50 but is not available to all countries. Please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery, depending on your location.
RETURNS
Character Kids Quality Gifts and Essentials stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we will endeavour to make things right if we have made an error or you are not satisfied in some way. Any damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or a full refund offered, after you return the product and it has been reviewed. We will do our best to rectify any problems with minimal inconvenience to you.
Goods can be returned or exchanged for change of mind by contacting us within seven days of receiving your order, but please note that the shipping/postage costs are non-refundable and return of goods is at your cost. Please contact us for a return authorisation before sending back goods, and all items must be returned in the condition they were originally sent, in the original unopened packaging. Your refund will be issued once goods are returned and have been inspected.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on our website. However, depending on your computer monitor's settings, the colours you see may be slightly different to the actual product you receive. We cannot guarantee that the colour your monitor displays will be 100% accurate. |
