Once your order is received we will provide you with an invoice showing the total cost including delivery charges. All pricing on characterkids.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please be aware that purchases made by international customers from our site may be subject to import duties or taxes as governed by the laws of the destination country. These costs and all other associated costs are outside of our control and are therefore the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being re-ordered by Character Kids Quality Gifts and Essentials you may place your order on back order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Character Kids.

Character Kids offers secure online ordering with our user-friendly shopping cart system or one of the alternative methods listed above. Please read our Privacy and Security Policy and note the padlock on the bottom right of your screen indicates that you have entered a secure site.

Payments are accepted through either:

• Direct Deposit - Details of our Commonwealth Bank account are displayed on your invoice and through checkout. Your order will not ship until payment has been processed into our account.
• Bank Cheque or Money Order - Payment may be made via bank cheque or money order and mailed to our postal address.
• PayPal - No PayPal Account required! Pay directly with your Visa or Mastercard through PayPal's payment gateway, or if you have an account, login to pay by Visa/Mastercard, from your bank balance, or from existing PayPal funds.

Please note that we record all IP addresses and locations with each order and attempted order. If a transaction is believed to be fraudulent Character Kids Quality Gifts and Essentials will report the attempt to the relevant authorities for investigation. We enforce this policy strictly regardless of what country you happen to be located in and we follow through with providing all evidence to the authorities to assist them with tracking down and arresting fraudsters.
